William (Bill) D. Umansky, or “The Lawman” as he is affectionately known by his peers, was recently featured on an episode of the internet radio show, “The Next Big Thing™.” The show gives listeners exclusive insider interviews with movers and shakers in their industry and uncovers what the “Next Big Thing™” is for businesses and consumers alike. The experts featured on each episode are dedicated to spreading knowledge and awareness in their field and making significant contributions to their industry and the marketplace as a whole.
The radio show was launched by America’s PremierExperts®, an organization that honors an exclusive group of forward-thinking business owners, entrepreneurs, professional speakers, authors and corporate CEOs who are pioneers in their market that will share their secrets of success with the audience.
The show is hosted by international radio host Wayne Kelly and Nick Nanton, Esq., “The Celebrity Lawyer.” Bill’s practice is focused on providing his clients with “second chances” and Bill prides himself on working hard to see that people who are injured are given compensation to begin their journey towards a new and better life– a life they can begin as masters of their own destiny, not merely as victims of circumstance. Bill handles all personal injury cases including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, sex abuse, negligent security, slip and fall and premise liability cases.
On the show, Wayne spoke with Bill, among other things, about his personal injury and criminal law practice and how he’s changing the perception of the role of the attorney through his “Second Chances” philosophy with clients.
“There’s a perception that lawyers are there only for your legal needs…when clients come to us, we counsel them. We don’t just counsel them on the law, we try to get beyond what the legal issue is, and really why they are in our office in the first place,” remarked Umansky. “If we can get to the root of their problem, or refer them out to someone who can, then they may not need our services for the future,” he continued.
Each episode of “The Next Big Thing™” showcases a different expert who has been chosen to share insights from their business and personal experiences. The individuals that will be showcased are forward-thinking business owners, entrepreneurs, professional speakers, authors and corporate CEOs who are pioneers in their market that will share their secrets of success with the audience.
