Bill Umansky Speaks About Leadership at the LEX Summit
The Umansky Law Firm would like to congratulate its Founder and CEO, Bill Umansky, on a wonderful session he recently gave at the Lex Summit. Held from February 12-15, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Lex Summit established itself as one of the premiere legal conferences of the year. The annual summit is a chance for legal-minded individuals from across the country to gather and share ideas about how to improve the future of legal work.
Bill spoke on Monday the 13th, holding a session titled “From Terrible Times to Timeless Leadership: How to Lead Your Law Firm During a Crisis”. During the 45-minute session, Bill gave tips on how to lead a law firm through a crisis, such as inflation, increasing costs, or a recession. He also emphasized how to leave a great legacy and increase your leadership skills throughout such crises, and to take your career to the next level.
