Pled to fine (and traffic school) in this case (failure to obey traffic control device) in return for dismissal of speeding ticket in TR20-29751.

Client faced potential 25 year to life sentence in state prison, plus being branded a sex offender. After thoroughly investigating the case, the case was dismissed.

Client faced potential five-year prison sentence. Successful negotiations and advocacy led to dismissal and client avoided any sanctions.

Client faced minimum 14 months of prison to maximum five years of prison if found to be in violation of probation. Reached a resolution that resulted in client being reinstated to probation with community sanctions.
