Case dismissed. (Nol pros). Alleged victim who’d claimed she’d stolen “his” car and broke into “his” house to get the keys finally admitted to the State that she always drove the car and that it was her car, regardless of who had title. Alleged victim probably lied to get even with her for seeking a restraining order. Defense could prove she’d always had the car, so it couldn’t be at his house to be “stolen.” When the case proceeded forward, alleged victim got cold feet.
