Hagerty High School Dean Arrested in Orange County Prostitution Sting

A two day online prostitution sting has resulted in the arrest of twenty-three individuals, including Hagerty High School Dean, William “Nate” Gierke. The Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation reports the arrests were made on Wednesday and Thursday of this week at a hotel near Orlando International Airport.

Undercover officers arrested prostitutes advertising their services online, as well those who responded to the posted ads.  The sting was launched after hotel personnel complained about possible escort activity occurring on the property.

The high school Dean arrested was the former football coach for Hagerty High. At the time of his arrest, he served as dean to eleventh and twelfth grade students. He has been placed on paid leave after being charged with two misdemeanor offenses.
