According to the United States Government, DUI arrests rise between Thanksgiving and Christmas due to a variety of reasons. Holiday parties, happy hours, and increased depression and anxiety have led to more people during the holiday season to drink alcohol. Statistics from many states highlight the fact that many car accidents during Thanksgiving Weekend are alcohol related.
Please remember there are many families travelling with minor children this weekend to see family, go to Disney and to Universal Studios.
