When I called the firm to inquire about hiring them Kim Durbeej was amazing at answering all my questions and reassuring me. We spoke multiple times before I decided to retain the Umansky Law Firm. Bill Umansky and Bruce Rogers took on my case and they were great at communicating with me at every step what was going on. I was able to call and text Bill directly with any questions I had and he was always available to speak to me even when it was late at night and when he was overseas on vacation. Bill was always real with me and did not give me any unrealistic expectations. He took care of my case and resolved it as quickly and concisely as possible. I would definitely hire them again!
