Disclaimer: Only first time offenders (people who have never refused to blow or blown over the legal limit) who had a valid license at the time of their arrest and are Florida residents are eligible to apply for a hardship. Also, applying for the hardship constitutes a waiver of an administrative hearing challenging the suspension.

If you live in VOLUSIA or FLAGLER COUNTY you will need to sign up for this SUNSHINE SAFETY COUNCIL DUI SCHOOL:
