Client was charged with unlawfully using his grandfather’s disabled parking permit. We were able to obtain a letter from his grandfather indicating he was the one who parked the car in the handicap spot and left it there for his grandson to pick up, meaning client did nothing wrong. The State dropped the charges within a couple of weeks. Client is in college and has a bright future ahead. It was very important for client and his father that the charges be dismissed and quickly.
