Client was stopped for public urination and had cocaine on him, creating a felony charge of Possession of Cocaine and a misdemeanor city charge of Public Urination. We sent the Public Urination charge to city diversion. It was quickly dismissed. Then, our team faught the felony charge of Possession of Cocaine. The charge were dismissed outright.
