On July 3, 2024, the Client was stopped by Orlando Police for an alleged illegal turn and window tint violation, leading to a search that uncovered cannabis and two methamphetamine pills in a borrowed bag. Despite scoring 17 months in prison due to prior history, our attorney filed a Motion to Suppress and negotiated a resolution before the hearing. The felony charge was dismissed, and the Client pled no contest to a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge with one day of time served and standard costs—avoiding prison and a felony conviction.
