Domestic Violence Dismissed

Case Number: 05-2025-DR-025119
County: Brevard

Client was accused of domestic violence after his wife alleged he pointed a gun at her during a night when both had been drinking. She also claimed a prior bruise from a few days earlier, which was later clarified to have resulted from consensual activity. Attorney negotiated an agreement to resolve the injunction peacefully while maintaining a no-contact order to protect the Client’s interests. The arrangement ultimately led the wife to dismiss the injunction herself, allowing the no-contact condition in the criminal case to be lifted. The Client regained his freedom to communicate and move forward without ongoing restrictions.
