Client was charged with theft in Polk County. She woks as a school teacher and was facing being terminated from her place of employment due to the charge. I was able to get client into a diversionary program where after she successfully completed the program the charge was dismissed. Client now is able to keep her job and is now applying to have the charge expunged from her record.
