Client was charged with theft in Polk County. She works as a court reporter and was facing being terminated from her place of employment due to the charge. We were able to get Client into a diversionary program where after she successfully completed the program the charge was dismissed. Client now is able to keep her job and is now applying to have the charge expunged from her record.
