The Client was arrested for an offense she had no knowledge of. Upon reviewing discovery, our office obtained video evidence showing the suspect was not the Client. After presenting this to the Assistant State Attorney, the State agreed and filed a nolle prosequi, dismissing all charges. The Client was cleared of any wrongdoing and can now move forward with her immigration process.
