On October 5, 2024, our client was leaving Disney while pushing a stroller when a woman suddenly shoved the stroller, causing the client’s baby to hit his head on the metal frame and lifting two of the stroller’s wheels off the ground. The woman later claimed it was an accident, despite having used both hands to shove the stroller. In the heat of the moment, the client reacted by pushing the woman, and was arrested for Battery. After review, the State recognized the circumstances and the woman’s role in provoking the incident, and declined to file any charges (No Information).
