The Client was out on release in another case with a strict no-contact order involving her husband. On October 12, 2023, while waiting for police to supervise the retrieval of her belongings, she repeatedly opened and closed the garage door to get his attention and was arrested for violating the order. She was initially held no bond because of the alleged violation. Attorney secured bond for the Client and later negotiated a Withhold of Adjudication with credit for seven days time served. The Client avoided a criminal conviction and was able to move forward without a permanent mark on her record.
