Client was charged with Domestic Violence Battery after his girlfriend claimed he attacked her for flushing his cocaine. In reality, Client flushed her cocaine, and she became enraged and attacked him. Client pushed her out of the house and locked the door to stop the attack. Attorney filed a Stand-Your-Ground motion and provided proof that the alleged victim continued sending explicit videos to Client after the incident. The girlfriend then asked the State to dismiss the case. The State dismissed all charges instead of proceeding to the Stand-Your-Ground hearing.
