On November 23, 2022, Client dropped off his son with his ex-wife, and an argument arose over her dishonesty about a recent parenting event. She pushed Client, and he briefly grabbed her only to keep from falling. Despite this, Client was arrested for domestic battery, with the added risk of a possible Burglary with Battery charge. After the attorney spoke with the ex-wife and helped calm the situation, she chose not to proceed. The State dismissed the case — fully clearing Client.
