The Client was accused of leaving the scene of an accident after a golf cart backed into her vehicle near her driveway and was also cited for having no insurance. Initially, the State proposed probation, but after the defense negotiated and the Client completed a driving course, the criminal charge was dismissed. The Judge also dismissed the civil citation after proof of valid insurance, resulting in all charges being dropped.
