Police stop Client’s car for running a stop sign, then search it due to smell of cannabis (illegal search) and spot open bottle of rum. When car is searched, they find a container with 61 grams of ketamine that tests positive for meth. The Client was then arrested for drug trafficking. Despite the serious charges, we were able to successfully resolve the case without any felony conviction and probation.
