Client was charged with Driving While License Suspended. We were able to help client fix his license and then show that new license to the State in exchange for a dismissal of the charges. Client did not even know his license was suspended originally and did not want a criminal conviction based on a mistake. We were able to bring home a full dismissal and keep him out of court.
