On April 13, 2025, wife claimed drunk client put a gun to her head and hit her in the ribs (and showed police a bruise). He was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Domestic Violence Battery, and the wife filed an injunction case as well. The wife was lying and trying to manipulate him. We guided client through some strategic moves and decisions that ultimately forced the wife to dismiss the injunction and sign a declination on the “criminal” case. The State was eventually left with no choice but to dismiss all charges, fully clearing our Client’s name and protecting his future.
