On October 19, 2023, Client was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for an obscured tag. After drugs were found in the car, he was searched and discovered to have pills he did not realize contained fentanyl. We secured his placement in a diversion program, which he successfully completed, leading to a full dismissal of the charge.
