Client was arrested for driving while license suspended as a habitual traffic offender, which carried a five-year revocation and felony penalties for driving. We successfully reversed the five-year revocation, allowing Client to legally reinstate his driver’s license. Using that outcome, we then convinced the State to drop the felony charges.
