Client faced serious allegations, including Tampering with a Witness, False Imprisonment, and Domestic Violence Battery. After the State initially filed charges, Attorney demonstrated that the complaining witness was uncooperative and would not support the prosecution. The State ultimately dismissed all charges (nolle prosequi). Client has already contacted our office to begin the expungement process so these accusations can be removed from their record entirely.
