The Client was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and the initial appearance judge issued a strict no-contact order that barred the Client from returning to his own home. After being hired, Attorney immediately filed a motion supported by screenshots showing the alleged victim’s erratic behavior and stalking, as well as evidence proving she no longer lived at the residence. At the hearing, the judge agreed and ruled that the Client had the right to return to his home, which he did—changing the locks and regaining full possession of his property. Over the following weeks, Attorney continued pressing the State with the evidence gathered. Ultimately, the State filed a No Information, meaning they declined to prosecute and dismissed the case.
