The Client was arrested for Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer/Security, but officers never confirmed his identity before he bonded out. He hired us immediately, preventing detectives from contacting him to verify who he was. Without proof of identity, the State could not proceed and dismissed all charges (nolle prosequi).
