Client was arrested for DUI after backing into another car in his neighborhood. Once restitution was paid, we negotiated a reduction to Reckless Driving with a Withhold of Adjudication, so no conviction will appear on his record. Client also wanted minimal probation, and we got the State to agree to early termination as soon as he completes all requirements.
