Client was arrested for DUI. He works downtown and had never been in trouble before. Keeping his record clean was very important to Client. Despite some difficult facts, we were able to get client into the diversion program which he successfully completed and earned a dismissal of the charges. Client is now eligible to apply for an expungement.
