Client hired us for a DUI and we were able to get him into a diversion program to earn a dismissal of his charges. He missed a few deadlines to complete items and was kicked out of the program. The State wanted a DUI conviction. We were able to show proof that client did end up completing the items required, even if past the deadline. The prosecutor agreed to drop the charges.
