Client was arrested for domestic violence battery after defending himself when his wife attacked him, causing her to hit the wall as he pushed her away. Although the wife signed a declination of prosecution, the State initially refused to dismiss the case. Attorney filed a Stand-Your-Ground motion and set it for hearing. The day before the hearing, the prosecutor dismissed all charges.
