On August 25, 2024, the Client was in a parked BMW with another individual when officers on bicycles approached and discovered a plastic bag labeled THC, leading to a search that uncovered cocaine. Although a motion to suppress was considered, our attorney secured early resolution through a diversion program. After completing community service and a class, the State filed a nolle prosequi, and the case was dismissed.
