On June 14, 2024, the Client was accused of battering an individual over 65 after a brief confrontation in which the alleged victim fell while advancing toward the Client. Witness statements and video evidence confirmed that the Client acted in self-defense. The State Attorney’s Office dismissed the case entirely after reviewing the evidence.
