The Client’s license had been suspended since 2008 for failing to pay court costs. Attorney filed the necessary motions to remove the suspensions and worked directly with the DMV to clear the hold on the Client’s record. This allowed the Client, who now lives in North Carolina, to become eligible for a valid North Carolina license without having to travel back to Florida. The Client was extremely grateful, as he had gone 15 years without a valid license and was finally able to drive legally again.
