On August 3, 2025, Client’s vehicle was stopped, and officers discovered cocaine inside. Client explained that the drugs belonged to a passenger. Recognizing the underlying issues of addiction and trauma, Attorney arranged for Client to enroll in treatment at Phoenix House. After reviewing the circumstances and Client’s proactive rehabilitation, the State filed a Notice of No Information, dismissing all charges.
