Attorney provided the Client with instructions on how to pay the late fees that were suspending his driver’s license. After the Client paid the fees and reinstated his license at the DMV, Attorney explained that he had been driving his ex-girlfriend’s car at the time of the stop and requested that the deputy dismiss the ticket. The citation was dismissed, and the Client avoided any penalties.
