On March 14, 2024, the Client was approached by bicycle officers while sitting in a parked car, leading to a search that uncovered approximately 100 grams of cannabis. After initial diversion efforts fell through, our attorney was rehired and negotiated a resolution resulting in a Withhold of Adjudication, one day of non-reporting probation, and two days of time served. The Client avoided a conviction and any ongoing probation.
