The Client was charged with Battery – Touch or Strike. After the Client successfully completed the Pretrial Intervention (PTI) program, the State entered a Nolle Prosequi, and all charges were dismissed. This result allowed the Client to avoid a criminal conviction and move forward with a clean record.
