On December 8, 2024, the Client—a veteran with PTSD—was intoxicated and being transported by ambulance after a fight when he struck an EMT and later resisted an officer who responded, resulting in a taser deployment. Charged with Battery on an EMT, Resisting with Violence, and Disorderly Intoxication, the Client faced serious felony exposure.
