Client was facing six years in prison after a family disagreement escalated and led to her arrest for DUI and several additional charges. Our investigation revealed that her family’s actions caused the police involvement, and we presented that evidence to the State. As a result, all charges stemming from the family conflict were dismissed, leaving only the DUI, which was resolved with probation. Client avoided prison and has since been able to keep her distance from the situation that led to her arrest.
