On November 5, 2023, Client was arrested after a domestic incident in which his wife reported that he had pointed a gun at her during a suicidal crisis. Client denied the allegation, and the alleged victim later signed a declination of prosecution. We persuaded the prosecutor to dismiss the case, and Attorney Zahra Umansky successfully expunged Client’s felony arrest and criminal records, allowing him to move forward and leave this unfortunate event in the past.
