The Client was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon stemming from a shooting outside a hookah lounge. After extensive litigation and the filing of a Stand Your Ground motion, the case was resolved with one count reduced to a misdemeanor and the other felony charge dismissed. The Client received only one year of probation and avoided a felony conviction.
