The Client was charged with (1) Possession of More Than 20 Grams of Cannabis (Marijuana) and (2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. After the Client successfully completed the Pretrial Intervention (PTI) program, the State entered a Nolle Prosequi, and all charges were dismissed. This outcome allowed the Client to avoid a criminal conviction and move forward with a clean record.
