Client was arrested for a misdemeanor petit theft charge, so he was facing up to a year in jail. I got client into a diversionary program where after he successfully completed the requirements of the program the case would be dismissed. Client was very happy and satisfied as he was on verge of losing his job for having this charge and open criminal case. He successfully completed the program, so the charges have been dropped, and now he can apply to have this case expunged from his record.
