The Client contested a ticket for driving under a railroad crossing, and at the infraction hearing we conducted a full trial. Although the judge found the officer had established the infraction beyond a reasonable doubt, Attorney presented conflicting statements and obtained FDOT video footage, leading the judge to grant a Withhold of Adjudication so the Client received no points on his license despite his extensive driving history. The Client considered this a win and said he would keep our number for future cases.
