The Client was accused of failing to bury a deceased cat, even though the animal did not belong to him and he buried it immediately after law enforcement told him to do so. Weeks later, he unexpectedly received criminal charges in the mail. After being retained, Attorney contacted the State to clarify the situation, but they initially refused to review the case. Attorney set the case for trial, and on the eve of trial the State finally discussed the matter and dismissed all charges, clearing the Client and ending the case entirely.
