Client hired us to resolve a warrant and case from 2007. Instead of filing a motion to quash the warrant, we asked the State to drop the charges so the warrant would be cleared automatically. The State agreed, and both the case and warrant were closed. This had been preventing Client from getting promoted and fixing her license, and she can now move forward with her life.
