Client was arrested for Battery against her sister while they were at Disney. The victim sister didn’t initially want the charges dropped, the two needed some time apart. We were able to continue the case and give them both time to cool off and speak with their family. Ultimately, the victim sister reached out to us because she wanted help filing a declination of prosecution and to get the no contact order lifted. We were able to help with both and the no contact order was lifted and the charges were dismissed. The two sisters are now working on repairing their relationship and focusing on what really matters–family.
