Client was charged with Battery after getting into an altercation with her college roommate in an Uber. The fight was captured on video inside the Uber. Luckily, client’s lack of criminal history allowed us to obtain a withhold of adjudication so client could immediately pay the court costs associated with this case and begin the sealing process to ensure this does not show up on a public background check.
